Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring an RBT in Savannah, GA to provide in-home and in-school ABA services, traveling to clients’ homes and communities as needed. You will deliver individualized therapy, assist with data collection, and support skill development for children with autism.

Applicants must hold an RBT certification and BACB registration, with a High School Diploma or GED. Flexible schedules, paid training, and growth opportunities are offered to dedicated team members.

Qualifications

• Must have current RBT certification and BACB registration.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support development of communication, social, behavioral and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client progress and maintain accurate records.
• Travel to client homes and community settings as needed.
• Provide services in-person across Georgia.
• Participate in staff training and ongoing learning.

What You'll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work one-on-one with children in-home, in-school, and community settings to help them develop the skills they need to succeed.

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
• Services provided in-person throughout Georgia
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

What we expect from you:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Active registration with the BACB
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred, but not required

Schedule Options

Full‑Time - 35–40 hours per week

Part‑Time - 10–20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
