Job summary

Kinfolk ABA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Salisbury, NC. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes under a BCBA supervision and collaborate with families to support client progress.

Qualifications

• Must have completed the 40-hour ABA training course.
• Best to have, or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Previous ABA therapy experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
• Assist in the development of individualized treatment goals and objectives based on client needs and assessment findings.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards at all times.

• Pay Range:$25 - $27/hour

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have completed the40-hour training course in applied behavior analysis (ABA)
• Best to have, or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
