Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy LLC is seeking an enthusiastic RBT to run ABA sessions with children in the Roxboro area after school, under supervision from a BCBA. You will deliver planned activities, teach communication and social skills, and document session notes for progress tracking.

This part-time role offers pay in the $22.00–$28.00 per hour range, plus holiday pay and mileage reimbursement. Benefits include paid time off and a 401(k), with ongoing hands-on training and a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• Patience, reliability and a warm way with kids. Experience with children or developmental disabilities helps.

• Help children stay safe and cope with hard moments, with BCBA guidance.

At a glance

• Part time. Most openings are after school (about 3 to 7 pm, Monday to Friday)
