Blossom ABA Therapy LLC is seeking part-time RBTs to work with children with autism in Clinton, NC. You will run ABA sessions under BCBA guidance, teaching communication, daily living and social skills in home or community settings.

The role offers after-school hours (about 3–7 pm, Monday to Friday) with holiday pay, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for pay increases. Spanish-speaking RBTs are encouraged, but English speakers are welcome.

Formación

• Active RBT certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• Patience, reliability and a warm approach with kids; experience with children or developmental disabilities helps.
• Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Run ABA sessions with a child, using the plan your BCBA writes.
• Teach communication, daily living, school and social skills.
• Help children stay safe and cope with hard moments, with BCBA guidance.
• Keep simple, accurate session notes.
• Meet with your BCBA for regular supervision and coaching.

Earn $22 to $28 an hour, plus holiday pay and mileage, helping children with autism learn to communicate, play and do more on their own. After-school hours, close to home, with a BCBA behind you.

At a glance

• Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour, with pay increases as you grow

• Holiday pay and mileage reimbursement

• Part time. Several openings are after school (about 3 to 7 pm, Monday to Friday); some daytime hours too

• Work 1:1 with children in their home or community in and around Clinton
