Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy LLC in Chapel Hill is seeking an RBT to work 1:1 with children in home or community settings. This part-time role offers after-school and daytime openings, with supervision by a BCBA and a dedicated clinical team.

You will run ABA sessions, teach communication and daily living skills, and help children cope with challenging moments under BCBA guidance. Paid time off and holiday pay are included.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB.
• Reliable transportation to and from home/community visits.
• Strong interpersonal skills with children and families.

Earn $22 to $28 an hour, plus holiday pay and mileage, helping children with autism learn and grow near Chapel Hill, with a BCBA behind you.

• Part time. Hours depend on the case. We have after-school and daytime openings, confirmed before you start

• Meet with your BCBA for regular supervision and coaching

What you need

• Active RBT certification through the BACB

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Reliable transportation

• Patience, reliability and a warm way with kids. Experience with children or developmental disabilities helps
