Job summary

KidzThrive ABA seeks a passionate Registered Behavioral Technician to support children with ASD through one-on-one ABA therapy in New York. This role emphasizes data collection, behavior plans under BCBA supervision, and close collaboration with families and the team.

The position is part-time, in-person, with afternoon/evening sessions, offering competitive pay up to $25 per hour and opportunities for RBT training and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with clients, families, and team members.

• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality of client information.

Registered Behavior Technician Responsibilities:

• Conduct one on one therapy sessions with clients using ABA techniques

• Maintain clear and effective communication with families, supervisors, and other relevant parties
