Mastermind Behavior Services is dedicated to providing personalized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with ASD in New Jersey and Georgia. Our experienced team is committed to delivering high-quality services that cater to the unique needs of each child. With our expert guidance, children can overcome challenges and develop essential skills to succeed in life.
Work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other RBTs to implement evidence-based ABA therapy plans
Provide one-on-one support to children with ASD, focusing on skill acquisition, behavioral reduction, and social skills development
Collect and record data to monitor progress and inform therapeutic decisions
Maintain a safe and organized therapeutic environment, adhering to established protocols and procedures
Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care and effective communication
Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor\'s degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, special education) preferred
Experience working with children with ASD or similar populations (n/a)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel to various locations in Point Pleasant, New Jersey, and flexibility to accommodate changing schedules and priorities
