Job summary

Mastermind Behavior Services in Atlantic City, NJ is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD in home or clinic settings.

As part of a team with BCBA oversight, you will implement behavioral plans, collect data, and help clients express needs and cope in daily environments. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and the chance to grow skills in pediatric ABA. Training and supervision provided.

Qualifications

• Must be registered as an RBT by BACB or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Experience with children with ASD or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with clients in home or clinic to deliver ABA therapy.
• Implement behavioral plans and strategies for individual needs.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with BCBA to develop and refine treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of services and progress.

About the Role:

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Mastermind Behavior Services, you will play a vital role in helping children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) achieve their full potential. Our team of experts is dedicated to providing personalized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to help our clients express their needs, function independently, and cope in their environment. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced RBT to join our team in Atlantic City, NJ.

Responsibilities:

• Work one-on-one with clients in a home or clinic setting to deliver ABA therapy services
• Implement behavioral plans and strategies to address individual client needs
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Collaborate with our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop and refine treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely records of client services and progress
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and caregivers

Requirements:

• Must be registered as a Behavior Technician (RBT) by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire
