Job summary

Mastermind Behavior Services in Jersey City, NJ is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team. The role provides 1:1 therapy to children with autism, in-home, in-school, or in-clinic, following BCBA-designed plans.

You will collect data, document progress, and collaborate with families and school staff to drive meaningful outcomes. Eligible candidates must have or be willing to obtain the 40-hour RBT course, hold a High School Diploma, and be able to travel locally.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous ABA experience with children is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

About the Role

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with ASD.
