Job summary

True Progress Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Long Branch, NJ to deliver ABA services to children with ASD and other developmental disabilities. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Must be certified as an RBT through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Bilingual in English and a second language.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with ASD or other developmental disabilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
