Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services, through its SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care affiliate, seeks a Behavioral Technician to provide 1:1 behavioral therapy in a clinic setting under BCBA supervision. The role emphasizes confidentiality, data tracking, and teamwork to support kids’ development.

You will contribute to teaching communication, self-help, and social skills while maintaining daily progress notes and collaborating with team members.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, plus six months of prior work/volunteer experience providing individual instructions, preferably in a health care environment.
• Demonstrates effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrates strong organization and attention to detail.
• Has reliable transportation and can travel to multiple locations daily.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 treatment to individuals in need of behavioral therapy in a clinic setting.
• Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide feedback regarding progress to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Observe confidentiality and protect patient information.
• Work effectively as a team contributor and coordinate with management and staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals
• Track client progress and program data
• Understands and adheres to company’s policy and procedures
• Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient-related information
• Work effectively as a team contributor on all interactions and assignments
• Work independently while understanding the importance of constant communication and coordinating work efforts with management and staff
• Other duties as assigned
