Job summary

Children Making Strides seeks enthusiastic ABA Therapists/Behavior Technicians to deliver ABA therapy to children with autism aged 2–9 in home, daycare, and center settings. You will create engaging learning experiences and draft progress reports for senior health professionals.

Ideal candidates are positive, patient, and creative with empathy and dedication. The role includes paid training, supervision from BCBAs, and opportunities to grow within a passionate team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a related field (or ABA/young children experience) preferred but not required.
  • Must have a valid driver's license, a registered vehicle and active car insurance.
  • Willingness to participate in paid training and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Provide ABA therapy services to children at homes, daycare, or clinic settings and draft reports for senior health professionals.
  • Help children build life skills in communication and socialization.

Job Description:

At Children Making Strides, we are committed to providing exceptional ABA therapy services to children with autism and their families. As an ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our mission.

Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Behavioral Therapists for children with autism, aged 2-9, in home, daycare and center-based settings. As an ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician, you will provide ABA therapy services to children, creating engaging and fun learning experiences, and drafting reports to relay their progress to senior health professionals.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide ABA therapy services to children at their homes or in our clinic, drafting reports to relay their progress to senior health professionals.
  • Help children build vital life skills surrounding communication and socialization needs.
  • Work alongside like-minded individuals to create best outcomes and impacts.
  • Create engaging and fun learning experiences.
  • Foster a supportive and caring environment.

Physical Requirements:
  • Maintain close, continuous proximity to clients throughout sessions.
  • Respond quickly to elopement attempts and behavioral crises, including physical intervention when necessary.
  • Perform prolonged standing, walking, kneeling, crouching, and floor-level work.
  • Provide continuous, uninterrupted supervision of clients throughout scheduled sessions.
