Advanceable ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for in-home, part-time and full-time roles in Richmond, Glen Allen, Henrico, and surrounding areas. Earn $22-$27/hr with flexible schedules, paid training, PTO, and RBT certification support.

Provide 1:1 ABA services under a BCBA. You'll work in children's homes, helping develop communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily living skills using evidence-based ABA strategies.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or path to certification will be supported
• Passion for working with children and helping others grow
• 1+ year of experience with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (required)
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism
• Ability to work in clients' homes throughout the Richmond area
• Part-time and full-time RBT positions available
• Afternoon and after-school sessions (Mon-Fri; weekends as needed)
• 15-25+ hours per week depending on availability and client needs

Responsibilities

• Track progress with session data and clinical notes

What You'll Do

As an RBT, you'll provide individualized 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working directly with children to implement individualized ABA treatment plans

• Helping children develop communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily-living skills

• Using evidence-based ABA strategies and reinforcement techniques

• Tracking progress through accurate session data and clinical notes

• Communicating professionally with families and members of the clinical team

• Participating in ongoing BCBA supervision and training

• Staying active and engaged during sessions, including sitting, squatting, walking, running, and playing with children

What We’re Looking For:

• Active RBT certification, if not we'll support your path to certification
