As an RBT, you'll provide individualized 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Your responsibilities will include:
Working directly with children to implement individualized ABA treatment plans
Helping children develop communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily-living skills
Using evidence-based ABA strategies and reinforcement techniques
Tracking progress through accurate session data and clinical notes
Communicating professionally with families and members of the clinical team
Participating in ongoing BCBA supervision and training
Staying active and engaged during sessions, including sitting, squatting, walking, running, and playing with children
Active RBT certification, if not we'll support your path to certification
Passion for working with children and helping others grow
1+ year of experience working with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred)
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (required)
Strong communication, patience, and professionalism
Ability to work in clients' homes throughout the [LOCATION] area
Part-time and full-time RBT positions available
Afternoon and after-school sessions (Monday-Friday; weekends as needed)
15-25+ hours per week depending on your availability and client needs
