Advanceable ABA in Yorktown, VA is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-home ABA therapy. Flexible schedules, 15–25+ hours weekly, $24–$26 per hour, with training and supervision.

You’ll work 1:1 with children in their homes, implementing ABA plans under a BCBA, tracking progress and communicating with families. RBT certification supported if needed.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification, if not we’ll support your path to certification.
• Passion for working with children and helping others grow.
• 1+ year of experience working with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required).
• Ability to work in clients’ homes throughout the Yorktown, VA area.
• Part-time RBT positions available.
• Afternoon and after-school sessions (Monday–Friday; weekends as needed).
• 15–25+ hours per week depending on your availability and client needs.

What You’ll Do

As an RBT, you’ll provide individualized 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working directly with children to implement individualized ABA treatment plans
• Helping children develop communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily-living skills
• Using evidence-based ABA strategies and reinforcement techniques
• Tracking progress through accurate session data and clinical notes
• Communicating professionally with families and members of the clinical team
• Participating in ongoing BCBA supervision and training
• Staying active and engaged during sessions, including sitting, squatting, walking, running, and playing with children

What We’re Looking For:
