Advanceable ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver in-home ABA therapy to children in Bailey’s Crossroads, Alexandria, VA area. You’ll work under a BCBA supervision, tailoring sessions to each child’s goals and progress.

Flexible part-time and full-time options are available, with 15–25+ hours per week and afternoon slots. Training is provided, certification support offered, and you’ll join a supportive clinical team focused on growth and meaningful outcomes for families.

Formación

• Active RBT certification; we’ll support your path to certification.
• 1+ year of experience working with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism.
• Ability to work in clients’ homes across the Bailey’s Crossroads & Alexandria, VA area.

What You’ll Do:

As an RBT, you’ll provide individualized 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working directly with children to implement individualized ABA treatment plans

• Helping children develop communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily-living skills

• Using evidence-based ABA strategies and reinforcement techniques

• Tracking progress through accurate session data and clinical notes

• Communicating professionally with families and members of the clinical team

• Participating in ongoing BCBA supervision and training

• Staying active and engaged during sessions, including sitting, squatting, walking, running, and playing with children

What We’re Looking For:

• Active RBT certification, if not we’ll support your path to certification

• Passion for working with children and helping others grow

• 1+ year of experience working with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred)

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required)

• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism

• Ability to work in clients’ homes throughout the Bailey’s Crossroads & Alexandria, VA area.

• Part-time and full-time RBT positions available

• Afternoon and after-school sessions (Monday–Friday; weekends as needed)

• 15–25+ hours per week depending on your availability and client needs
