Advanceable ABA is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy in Colonial Beach, VA. You’ll work 1:1 with children in their homes, under supervision from a BCBA, delivering customized ABA treatment plans and tracking progress.

The role offers flexible afternoons and after-school sessions, with 15–25+ hours weekly and supportive training, certification assistance, and growth opportunities within ABA.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification, if not we’ll support your path to certification.
• Passion for working with children and helping others grow.
• 1+ year of experience working with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required)
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism
• Ability to work in clients’ homes throughout the Colonial Beach, VA area
• Part-time RBT positions available
• Afternoon and after-school sessions (Monday–Friday; weekends as needed)
• 15–25+ hours per week depending on your availability and client needs

What You’ll Do
