Job summary

Total Care ABA in Ogden, Utah is seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our compassionate, mission-driven team delivering in-home and in-school ABA therapy.

You will work 1:1 with children under BCBA supervision, collect progress data, and help develop essential communication and daily living skills while enjoying flexible hours and opportunities for BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred (not required).
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect, record, and report data on client progress.
• Support the development of communication, social, and daily living skills.

Total Care ABA is a growing ABA therapy provider offering in-home and in-school services for children with autism and related developmental needs. We are expanding across Utah and are seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our supportive, mission-driven team.

Our RBTs are the heart of what we do. In this role, you will provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy, support children and families in achieving meaningful goals, and work under the supervision of experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Duties & Responsibilities

Compensation & Schedule

• Full-Time: 35–40 hours/week
• Part-Time: 10–20 hours/week
• Flexible shifts available
• Services provided in person throughout Utah
