Golden Touch ABA in Ogden, UT is seeking a compassionate part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children and adolescents with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. The role focuses on implementing individualized ABA plans and collecting progress data in various settings.

You will collaborate with families and BCBAs to ensure consistent care, delivering services in home, school, and community environments as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs; ABA experience a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Patience and empathy; genuine desire to help others.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work directly with children and adolescents diagnosed with autism, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about delivering high-quality ABA therapy, building new skills, promoting positive behavior change, and helping clients achieve their goals in everyday settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement client-specific behavioral intervention plans as designed by a BCBA.
