Job summary

Blue Gems ABA seeks an RBT to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy for children with autism across home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans created by a supervising BCBA and collect progress data in clinical software, collaborating closely with families and staff to ensure consistency and meaningful progress.

Qualifications

  • Active RBT certification or eligible to obtain one.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree a plus.
  • Experience with children with autism or developmental delays.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic.
  • Implement behavior intervention plans and skill programs.
  • Collect real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
  • Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers.
  • Maintain a safe, positive environment during sessions.

Job Requirements
  • Certification: Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligibility to obtain certification, if applicable).

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus.

  • Experience: Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.

  • Reliability: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

As an RBT at Blue Gems ABA, you will work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.

  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.

  • Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.

  • Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.

  • Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.

  • Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
