Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is hiring an RBT to deliver high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder across home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement intervention plans designed by the supervising BCBA and collect progress data in our clinical software.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families and caregivers to support consistent skill development while maintaining a safe, engaging session environment for children.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain
• High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Job Responsibilities

As an RBT at Blue Gems ABA, you will work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.

• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.

• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.

• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
