Blue Gems ABA is seeking a capable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior plans, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA supervisors, families, and caregivers to ensure consistent skill development.

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Experience with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans as designed by supervisors.
• Collect accurate, real-time data using clinical software.

Job Responsibilities

As an RBT at Blue Gems ABA, you will work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.

• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.

• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.

• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.

• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.

Job Requirements

• Certification: Active Registered Behavior Technician (or eligibility to obtain certification, if applicable)

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus).

• Experience: Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.

• Reliability: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
