Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking an energetic RBT in Maryland to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings under supervision. You will implement individualized intervention plans and participate in data collection to monitor progress.

Requirements include an active RBT certification and a high school diploma; a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related fields is a plus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are expected.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.

Job Responsibilities
