Job summary

The Place for Children with Autism is seeking a Behavior Therapist to work 1:1 with children aged 2–8 with autism, delivering structured therapies and collecting progress data under supervision. You will implement individualized programs designed by BCBA staff and collaborate closely with families to support growth.

• High School orAssociate's Degree: $17.05 - $23.00 per hour, with $1.00 per hour increases every six months (based on your starting level at hire).

What You'll Do

• Work 1:1 with children between the ages of 2-8 with Autism Spectrum Disorder(ASD), helping them learn communication, social, anddaily-livingskills.
• Implement individualized therapy programs designed by our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), collect data, and participate in team discussions around progress and strategy.
• Bring energy, creativity, and passion - Using play, movement, and laughter to engage children while promoting skill-building and growth.
• Partner with clients and their families in celebrating wins, problem-solving challenges, and promoting each child's growth.

What We're Looking For

• Energeticteam players who show up ready to engage and move with children throughout their sessions - This includes bending, squatting,lifting upto 30 pounds, and keeping pace with energetic young learners during play and activities.

• Must be at least 18 years old and hold a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Have accessibility to reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and insurance, and be able to travel to other clinics to support when assigned.
