Blue Jay ABA is seeking a compassionate and driven Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a part-time morning position in Whiteville, NC. You will deliver in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, collecting data and supporting individualized plans.

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD

• Work with supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Our dedicated team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) collaborates closely with families to provide personalized, evidence-based support tailored to each child's unique needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
