Hope Autism Clinic in Northfield, IL seeks a Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Schedule: 3pm-5pm, Monday–Friday, with a supportive team and a focus on individualized communication and early learning goals.

The role requires at least a High School Diploma, background clearance, and a passion for helping children. RBT credential is preferred, with a comprehensive benefits package offered by Hope Autism Clinic.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Successful background clearance.
• RBT credential from BACB preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder using ABA.
• Effectively communicate with families/guardians about child’s progress.
• Track session data and help clients achieve goals.
• Assist with planning and preparing for clinic-based group activities.
• Model professional appearance and attitudes.
