Job summary

Storybook ABA is seeking part-time Registered Behavior Technicians to support families in-home and in community settings across Maryland. You will receive RBT training, competitive pay, and opportunities to grow within the ABA field.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required or in progress.
• Experience with ABA or children with autism preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have personal transportation with a reliable vehicle.
• Flexible, part-time schedule and willingness to travel to homes and community sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
• Maintain professionalism and goal-oriented approach in all interactions.
• Demonstrate clear written and verbal communication with families and team.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and other professionals to achieve positive outcomes.

Responsibilities For Our RBTs/Registered Behavior Technicians

• Provide in-home, and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
• Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work
• Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skillsPersonal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
• Excellent time management skills
• Desire to be involved in a collaborative team of professionals with the drive to achieve positive outcomes
• Experience in applied behavior analysis or with children with autism
