Job summary

Storybook ABA in Maryland is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support in-home and community-based ABA therapy, helping families access high-quality services. You will collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions, maintain professionalism, demonstrate strong written and verbal communication, and collaborate closely with BCBAs.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification (Required).
• Experience in applied behavior analysis or with children with autism.
• Ability to demonstrate excellent time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable vehicle for travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
• Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle for travel to client sites.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Desire to be involved in a collaborative team of professionals with the drive to achieve positive outcomes.
• Experience in applied behavior analysis or with children with autism.
