Job summary

Storybook ABA is hiring part-time RBTs to deliver in-home and community-based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy. You will collect behavior and skill data during sessions while maintaining professionalism and goal-oriented practice.

A reliable vehicle for travel to visits is required, and you will work with supportive BCBAs to achieve positive outcomes. The role offers flexible midday hours, competitive hourly pay, and an opportunity to advance in the ABA field while maintaining a healthy

Qualifications

• RBT Certification is required.
• Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or with children with autism is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Excellent time management and professionalism are expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
• Maintain professionalism and goal-oriented approach in all duties.
• Demonstrate clear written and verbal communication with clients and team.
• Use personal transportation to travel to visits.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes.
• Work with diverse families in a flexible, part-time schedule.
