Job summary

EmergencyMD is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for flexible, part‑time in-home and community ABA therapy. You will collect behavior data, work with children with autism, and collaborate with a supportive team. A reliable vehicle and strong communication skills are essential.

Competitive hourly rates ($22.00–$30.00) with opportunities for bonuses and growth in ABA. Schedule is flexible with mid-day hours and Monday to Friday availability.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification is required.
• Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or working with children with autism is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy sessions.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
• Maintain professionalism and be goal-oriented in all aspects of work.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Have reliable personal transportation to travel to client locations.
• Demonstrate strong time management skills.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
• Prior ABA experience with autism is a plus.
