Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy LLC in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a part-time RBT to run ABA sessions with children after school, under the supervision of a BCBA.

You will teach communication, daily living, school and social skills, keep accurate session notes, and meet regularly with your BCBA for supervision and coaching. Transportation is required.

We provide holiday pay, mileage reimbursement, paid time off, a 401(k), hands-on training and BCBA supervision as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• Patience, reliability and a warm way with kids. Experience with children or developmental disabilities helps.

Responsibilities

• Help children stay safe and cope with hard moments, with BCBA guidance.

Earn $22 to $28 an hour, plus holiday pay and mileage, helping children with autism build real skills after school in Fayetteville, with a BCBA behind you.

At a glance

• Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour, with pay increases as you grow

• Holiday pay and mileage reimbursement

• Part time. Most openings are after school (about 3 to 7 pm, Monday to Friday), with some daytime hours

• Work 1:1 with children in their home or community in and around Fayetteville

• Paid time off, 401(k), hands-on training

• Supported by a BCBA and a dedicated clinical team
