Job summary

Tellos, Inc. in Chapin, SC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement individualized ABA treatment plans under supervision of a BCBA.

You will provide 1:1 therapy in clients' home settings and support data collection and progress monitoring. Requirements include an RBT certification, at least 6 months experience with autism or developmental disabilities, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician Certification required.
• Minimum of 6 months experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists.
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to BACB ethical guidelines.
