Job summary

HireCare LLC in Jacksonville, NC, is seeking compassionate RBTs to provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. This part-time role offers flexibility, professional growth, and the chance to positively impact children and families across Jacksonville and surrounding areas.

Candidates should have an active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain) and be able to work 15–25+ hours per week with afternoon/after-school availability. Training and mentorship are provided.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required or willingness to obtain certification with training support.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism are essential for success.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect accurate data during each session.
• Share updates and progress with the BCBA team.
• Complete clear and timely session notes.
• Build warm, supportive relationships with children and families.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards.

HireCare Services is seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality behavioral support to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. What You’ll Do as an RBT:

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you’ll provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your work helps children reach important developmental goals through structured teaching, play, and positive reinforcement.

You will:

• Deliver individualized ABA treatment plans created by your supervising BCBA
• Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills
• Collect accurate data during each session
• Share updates and progress with your BCBA team
• Complete clear and timely session notes
• Build warm, supportive relationships with children and families
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards

What We’re Looking For:

Work Schedule:

Compensation:

• $21–$25 per hour
