Job summary

Carelinks ABA LLC in Sedalia, MO is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. You will deliver in-home ABA therapy, support clients, and work under supervision to implement individualized plans.

Whether you’re new or certified, you’ll receive hands-on training, ongoing supervision, and opportunities for professional growth. A background check is required, with 15 direct billable hours weekly and a 14-day training if not yet certified.

Qualifications

• Must pass a background check.
• Minimum of 15 direct billable service hours per week.
• Availability Monday-Friday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Use play-based, naturalistic strategies to teach communication, social, life, and academic skills.
• Collect accurate data on skill acquisition and behavior using electronic systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their home, school, community, or clinic setting.
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Use play-based, naturalistic strategies to teach communication, social, life, and academic skills.
• Collect accurate data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction using electronic systems.
• Participate in ongoing supervision, team meetings, and required trainings.
• Communicate effectively with BCBAs, families, and fellow team members.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a client-centered approach at all times.
• Support a safe, engaging, and positive therapeutic environment.

Qualifications

• Required: RBT Certification or availability to complete 14 day training
