Requirements

• High-school diploma or equivalent
• Availability during after-school hours, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation, driver’s license, and car insurance for in-home services
• Clean background, drug screenings, and driving record
• BT: Attend 40-hour RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 45 days of hire
• RBT: Attend required training programs

What You’ll Do

• Support individuals with autism in various settings
• Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments
• Collect, organize, and summarize data during sessions
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
• Implement sessions designed by a BCBA
• Communicate effectively with team members and families
