Career Advancement Opportunities:

• Advance your RBT career to positions like Lead RBT, RBT Supervisor, BCBA, and other roles
• Apply for our full scholarship at Temple University for Master’s in ABA
• Join our BCBA Apprentice Program (after 90 days of full-time work)

What You’ll Do

• Support individuals with autism in various settings including home, community, or our centers
• Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments
• Collect, organize, and summarize data during sessions
• Participate in clinical team meetings and ongoing training
• Implement therapy sessions designed by a BCBA
• Communicate effectively with team members, families, and clients to support their needs

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Availability during after-school hours, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation, driver’s license, and insurance for in-home services
• Clean background and drug screening, good driving record
• BT: Attend 40-hour RBT training and pass the exam within 45 days
• RBT: Complete required training

Skills You Will Use

• Follow guidance from BCBA for therapy and data collection
• Provide excellent customer service to families
• Accurately collect data during sessions
• Work collaboratively with team members
