Little Champs ABA is looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team.

As a locally owned business started and overseen by BCBAs, we understand and appreciate the daily work of RBTs. RBTs are supported and can always speak with their supervisors with concerns or questions.

Hourly Wages
  • $25-32/hour
Qualifications and Skills
  • RBT Certification (required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to interact, engage, and have fun with individuals with disabilities
  • Desire to learn and work independently at times
Duties of the RBT
  • Provide high-quality, interactive ABA therapy directly with clients of varying ages in settings including the client’s home, school, and community
  • Help learners gain life skills to increase independence (communication, daily living, potty training, social/emotional skills, play skills, vocational skills)
  • Teach new communication skills and replacement behaviors using evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors
  • Collect accurate data and write detailed session notes to inform BCBAs’ decisions
  • Attend scheduled sessions reliably
  • Participate in ongoing trainings
