Therapy & Beyond is seeking dedicated individuals to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children with autism in a clinic setting. The role includes data collection and following BIPs under BCBA supervision, with a focus on communication, motor and social skills development.

This opportunity offers paths to RBT certification within 60 days, with full-time or part-time schedules Monday–Friday, 7:30am–5:30pm, and a supportive team culture that fosters growth and professional advancement in ABA care.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and have a completed High School Diploma or GED.
• Support in obtaining RBT Certification within 60 days of employment.
• Graduates or degree in progress in psychology or related fields encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate 1:1, play-based ABA therapy services in a clinic-based setting.
• Track patient progress by collecting data and submitting clinical documentation
• Follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) per BCBA supervision
• Communicate professionally with clinical management and families
• Assist patients with daily living skills (feeding, toileting)
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines
• Provide behavioral support within speech or occupational therapy sessions
• Obtain RBT Certification within first 60 days of employment

We have immediate openings for full-time or part-time positions (Monday-Friday, 7:30am-5:30pm operating hours) and will assist you through the RBT certification process!

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will provide one-on-one, play-based, ABA therapy services to pediatric and adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Under the supervision of a BCBA, teammates will follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and help patients further develop communication, motor skills, academic readiness, social skills, and independence.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate 1:1, naturalistic therapy services within a clinic-based environment
• Track patient progress over time by collecting data and submitting clinical documentation
• Following behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as outlined by your BCBA Supervisor
• Communicate professionally and consistently with clinical management and families
• Assist patients with daily living skills such as feeding and toileting
• Adhere to patient confidentiality by following HIPAA guidelines
• Provide behavioral support within speech or occupational therapy sessions
• Obtain RBT Certification within your first 60 days of employment
