Strive ABA Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician (R/BT) to provide home-based direct treatment to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Under supervision of a BCBA, you will implement treatment plans targeting behavioral, social, daily living, and community skills in the child's home environment.

We are seeking Behavior Technicians (R/BTs) to provide home-based direct treatment to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the R/BT is responsible to implement specific treatment plans designed to address the child's needs for behavioral management, social, daily living, and community skills.

Minimum of 6 months experience with children that have disabilities
Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel up to one hour from your residence to provide services to clients, if applicable
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job which may include periods of sitting and standing as needed
