Job summary

Strive ABA Therapy in Lexington, MA is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians (R/BTs) to provide home-based services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder under BCBA supervision. The role emphasizes engaging sessions, progress tracking, and flexible scheduling suitable for families.

You will implement individualized treatment plans addressing behavioral, social, daily living, and community skills, with part-time hours and supportive supervision from BCBA clinicians to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience with children that have disabilities.
• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel up to one hour from your residence to provide services to clients, if applicable.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job which may include periods of sitting and standing as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based direct treatment to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Implement specific treatment plans addressing behavioral, social, daily living, and community skills.
• Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the R/BT is responsible for delivering these plans.
• Assist families to support consistency and progress at home.
