AbleLight in Missouri is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement behavioral reduction or treatment plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The role focuses on helping individuals with behavioral-based developmental disorders develop daily living skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
You will collect and analyze data using Central Reach, provide progress updates to families, and ensure that all treatments follow established protocols.
Under the close supervision by a Clinical Supervisor, BCBA, the RBT will implement behavioral reduction or treatment plans for individuals with behavioral-based developmental disorders.

Education: High School Diploma Basic knowledge of ABA principles to include, but not limited to, functions of behavior, strategies to prevent challenging behavior, teaching techniques (NET, DTT), and behavior reduction strategies.
Experience: Preferred 1 year supporting individuals with lifelong disabilities
Lic or Cert: Current and Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification granted by the BCBA
