Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dynamic team. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality, individualized behavior therapy to clients with developmental and/or behavioral challenges. Key Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA.
  • Collect and record data on client progress as directed by the treatment plan.
  • Utilize positive reinforcement strategies to encourage desired behaviors.
  • Provide direct one-on-one in-home services.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and other team members to ensure treatment fidelity.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
