Job Overview

The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality, individualized behavior therapy to clients with developmental and/or behavioral challenges. Key Responsibilities

• Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
