Get Set ABA is a growing ABA therapy agency dedicated to creating positive, meaningful progress for children on the autism spectrum and their families. As an RBT on our afternoon shift, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides expert treatment, innovative techniques, and a deep understanding of the unique challenges our clients face.

Our RBTs work closely with parents to ensure success and receive unwavering support from our experienced, passionate team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• RBT training program and certification.
• Minimum years of experience with children with autism.
• Ability to lift and move equipment and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy sessions with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
• Implement behavioral plans designed to promote skill acquisition and reduction of problem behaviors.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Provide support to families and caregivers on behavioral strategies and techniques.
