Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy is seeking an afternoon-hours Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality ABA interventions in in-home and community settings. This role emphasizes data collection, collaboration with supervisors, and close interaction with families to ensure effective therapy for children with Autism.

The position offers part-time and full-time hours with weekly pay, in-person work, and a supportive team that values ongoing learning and professional development.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification required or preferred.
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Excellent communication with clients, families, and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA interventions to clients in home or natural environments.
• Collect and analyze data; prepare information for supervision and review.
• Coordinate with program staff to maintain consistency of the therapy program.

Succeed ABA is a leading Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy provider, and throughout. We provide primarily in home 1:1 therapy to individuals with Autism ages 1-21. We pride ourselves on having a high level of communication, support and guidance which helps each therapist feel confident in their role.

This role is only for afternoon hours

Job Responsibilities

• RBT Certification from BACB (Required)
• Valid Driver’s License, or reliable transportation (Required)
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required)
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions
