Job summary

ABA Achievers is seeking a compassionate RBT to join our clinical team. This contract role offers $22-$28/hour with flexible afternoon and early evening shifts, and opportunities to grow toward a BCBA track across home, school, and center-based settings.

You will work under BCBA supervision to implement plans and collect data. Ideal candidates hold current RBT certification with 6+ months experience and demonstrate strong communication and documentation skills within a supportive team

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification.
• 6+ months of experience with children with developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Reliable, patient and passionate about supporting the autism community.
