Job summary

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Afternoon Shift

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) on our afternoon shift, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides expert treatment, innovative techniques, and a deep understanding of the unique challenges our clients face. Our RBTs work closely with parents to ensure success and receive unwavering support from our experienced, passionate team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy sessions with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
• Implement behavioral plans designed to promote skill acquisition and reduction of problem behaviors
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop and implement treatment plans
• Provide support to families and caregivers on behavioral strategies and techniques
