Job summary

Get Set ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality ABA therapy for children in Baltimore County, including Towson and surrounding communities. Flexible day, evening and weekend shifts are available, with paid training to support certification.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain it (we provide support).
• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework in psychology/education preferred.
• Prior experience working with children, especially in special education, childcare, or mental health is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally to client homes/schools.
• Must pass background checks and meet all state/federal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, or clinics in the Baltimore County area.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior goals.
• Communicate effectively with families and clinical supervisors.
• Maintain a safe and engaging environment for therapy sessions.

Get Set ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality ABA therapy services to children in Baltimore County, including Towson (21204), Owings Mills (21117), Catonsville (21228), Essex (21221), Pikesville (21208), Dundalk (21222), Woodlawn (21207), and Cockeysville (21030).
