Job summary

Bright Builders ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with evidence-based ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings. You will deliver 1:1 services under the supervision of a BCBA and help children reach their goals.

Ideal candidates hold an RBT certification or are willing to obtain it, have a high school diploma, and are comfortable collecting progress data, collaborating with families, and traveling locally in the Baltimore area.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic

• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $24 - $30 hourly

• Full-Time: 30 hours/week or Part-Time Available

• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
