Get Set ABA in Maryland is seeking a motivated RBT to deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, or clinics across the Baltimore County area.

You will implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA, collect data, and communicate with families and supervisors. Per diem hours offer flexible daytime, afternoon, and evening shifts to fit your schedule.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain it (we provide support).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, or clinics in the Baltimore County area.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior goals.
• Communicate effectively with families and clinical supervisors.
• Maintain a safe and engaging environment for therapy sessions.
