Get Set ABA seeks Registered Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes or schools across Baltimore County, MD. You will implement plans created by a BCBA and diligently record client progress while communicating with families and supervisors.
Flexibility is key: per diem scheduling with daytime to early evening shifts; local caseloads minimize travel and offer paid time off and holidays. Training and supervision are provided to support BCBA certification goals.

BCBA Fieldwork Support: Free supervision for required fieldwork if you are pursuing your BCBA certification.

Provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy in homes or schools in the Baltimore County area.

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, or willingness to obtain it (we provide support).
