Children’s Specialized ABA seeks a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for 5:00–7:00 PM sessions in a North Brunswick, NJ clinic. You’ll deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD under BCBA supervision, with paid training and exam cost coverage to help you start your career.

Children’s Specialized ABA is part of the Children’s Specialized Hospital Autism Center of Excellence. We serve children with ASD by combining clinical innovation, whole-child care, and personalized therapy.
As an RBT, you’ll provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors. You’ll work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a collaborative care team to deliver high‑quality, compassionate care.

This position will provide services in a clinical setting at our North Brunswick, NJ clinic. The role involves working on‑site as part of a collaborative team, with access to supervision, peer support, and clinic‑based resources in a structured environment.
We are seeking candidates who are available during the 5:00–7:00PM time block, 5 days per week. This role is expected to offer roughly 10-15 hours per week.

The expected salary range for this role is $20–$27 per hour.
Final compensation will be based on a range of factors, such as your skills, education, experience, certifications, market conditions, and internal equity. All offers are made in alignment with applicable federal and state laws.
